Pre Construction Sites:

Soil Treatment

Ground soil treatments are applied as a preventive measure against subterranean termites. These termite control treatments offer a chemical barrier, which is intended to block all potential routes of entry, such as cold joints in the concrete, crevices at plumbing stub outs, and open spaces for other utility lines.

The most ideal time to apply ground soil treatment termiticides is just before the pouring of the concrete. The treatment should be applied after the fill has been compacted and rough utility lines and plumbing have been installed. The area must also be free of plastic. It is most beneficial to have the concrete poured within 24 hours of the termite control soil treatment.

Wood Treatment

Bore-Care Wood Treatment (Bore-Care is a revolutionary termite control pretreatment that is applied directly to the wood. In a two-foot barrier on the walls, floor and sill plate. It goes where other products can’t—on the wood instead of the soil.)

Conventional Liquid Treatment

We offer several products for liquid termite treament featuring, but not limited to the active ingredients: Imidacloprid, Bifenthrin, Fipronil, and Cypermethrin. Based on your needs and pricing requirements we can prescribe the best chemical for long term results.
